Abstract:
To provide a thermoplastic resin composition that is relatively inexpensive, does not cause problems associated with thermal recycling, solvent treatment, and the like, and has high strength.SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition (S) contains a thermoplastic resin and a plant fiber as a reinforcement material for the thermoplastic resin. The plant fiber is a cellulose nanofiber that is obtained by atomizing (20) a pulp fiber (P) containing lignin, and has an average fiber diameter of 20-500 nm, a water retention capacity of 350% or less, a sedimentation rate of 0.030 mm/min or less, and a pulp viscosity of 3.5 or more and 4.0 cps or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
