To secure fairness of a lottery while suppressing the worst consumption risk in a computer game with a lottery as a component of the game.SOLUTION: An information processing device executes a basic lottery for acquiring a character with consumption of game points as a condition, which is a lottery in which winning probability is assigned to each character used in a game. An upper limit number of the number of executions changes depending on the designation by a player or attributes of the player. When the number of executions reaches the upper limit number, a predetermined character is provided to the player. The larger the upper limit number is set, the more advantageous character is provided to the player. Various conditions for providing a character other than the condition that the number of executions reaches the upper limit number may be defined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
