Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of suppressing a temporary decrease in S/C when a power generation output increases.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system comprises a vaporizer 2 for vaporizing reforming water, a water supply pump 80 for supplying the reforming water to the vaporizer 2, a reformer 4 for reforming a fuel gas into water vapor, a fuel gas pump 32 for supplying the fuel gas to the reformer, and a cell stack 6 for generating power by oxidation and reduction of the fuel gas reformed by the reformer 4 and an oxidizing material. The vaporizer 2 and the reformer 4 are disposed above the cell stack 6. The water supply pump 80 is composed of a pulse-like metering pump which supplies the reforming water in a pulse form. The pulse-like metering pump controls a supply flow rate according to the number of pulses of driving current. A scattering space for jetting and scattering the supplied reforming water is provided in an upper part in the vaporizer 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
