PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor unit of air conditioner capable of avoiding air blown out of a blowout port hitting a person in the room directly.SOLUTION: A decorative panel (22) includes: an inner panel part (22a) arranged on an inner peripheral side of a blowout port (26), and for forming an inside passage surface (63) facing the blowout port (26); and an outer panel part (22b) arranged on an outer peripheral side of the blowout port (26), and for forming an outside passage surface (64) facing the blowout port (26). A wind direction adjusting mechanism (50) is constituted so as to be at a position lower than a lower end of the outside passage surface (64) and higher than a lower end of the inside passage surface (63).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
