PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment testing device that can reduce the maximum load current to suppress an increase in capacity of an earth leakage circuit breaker.SOLUTION: A control part 40 controls a low-temperature tank-side heater 26 and a high-temperature tank-side heater 36 not to actuate concurrently when a refrigeration machine 24 has actuated, thereby reducing the maximum load current and lowering a capacity of the earth leakage circuit breaker to be set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
