Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a wound core with a low iron loss.SOLUTION: A selection method of one group grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet used as a material of a wound core, includes: a step of preparing the one group grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet having a different flux density Bvalue when intensity H of a magnetic field is 800A/m while having the same iron loss; a step of measuring the Bvalue from an Epstein test for the one group grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet; and a step of selecting the grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet having the Bvalue which is a predetermined value or larger set from a range of the Bvalue of the one group grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet obtained by measuring from the one group grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet as the material of the wound core including at least two or more joint parts within one circumference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
