Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain oriented silicon steel sheet excellent in cutting processability and slipperiness, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A grain oriented silicon steel sheet comprises a steel sheet including Si of 0.8 mass% or more and 7.0 mass% or less and a tension coating on both surfaces of the steel sheet. The oxygen concentration in the steel sheet is 500 ppm or more and 2200 ppm or less in terms of a plate thickness of 0.22 mm; the line roughness of outline curve of the grain oriented silicon steel sheet is 0.8 μm or more and 1.5 μm or less in an arithmetic average roughness (Ra); and a difference (a cut-level difference:Rδc) between the average height of the outline curve and a cut level having a load length ratio of 10% is 2.0 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
