Abstract:
To provide an electrostatic capacity type force sensor which is more inexpensive than a conventional one by simplifying the structure of a strain generating body including a capacitative element.SOLUTION: A force sensor includes: an annular deformed body 40 which is arranged to surround an original point O viewed from a Z-axis direction and generates elastic deformation by an action of force or moment; and a detection circuit which outputs an electric signal indicating acting force or moment on the basis of the elastic deformation generated in the deformed body. The deformed body has two fixed sections 41 and 42 fixed to an XYZ three-dimensional coordinate system, two force receiving sections 43 and 44 which are positioned alternately with the fixed sections in a circumferential direction of the deformed body and receive the action of force or moment, and four deformed sections positioned between the fixed section and the force receiving section which are adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the deformed body. Each deformed section has a curved section swollen in the Z-axis direction. The detection circuit outputs the electric signal on the basis of elastic deformation generated in the curved section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
