PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power transmission unit and a non-contact power transmission system that can prevent a unit from getting bigger on top of reducing a radiation magnetic field.SOLUTION: A non-contact power transmission unit 1 and a non-contact power transmission system include: a communication coupler 20 that is provided on a preset reference line and transmits or receives a signal; and a power transmission coil 30 that includes a plurality of coil parts 31 formed in a spiral centering around their coil axis lines along the reference line Za and provided around the reference line, and in at least one pair of adjacent coil parts 31, current flows through one coil part 31 and the other coil part 31 in the reverse directions from each other centering around the coil axis lines, and that transmits power in a non-contact manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
