PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding type cold and heat insulation box capable of improving assembly efficiency.SOLUTION: A folding type cold and heat insulation box 100 is a box which can be folded, and comprises: an exterior member 101 which is formed into a box shape; and a plate-state heat insulation member 111 which is arranged along an inside surface of the exterior member 101. The exterior member 101 has vent holes 101a on at least parts of a region which is overlapped to the heat insulation member 111, and the vent holes 101a are arranged on positions of the exterior member 101 which are overlapped to a surface being parallel to a thickness direction of the heat insulation member 111.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
