Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy component manufacturable with excellent quality in a short time; and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy component such as a driving gear is manufactured from an aluminum alloy by a manufacturing method having a die casting step 1 for molding an intermediate product similar to a final shape by performing a die casting processing of the aluminum alloy, and a cold forging step 3 for performing a cold forging processing of the intermediate product molded in the die casting step 1, and molding it into the final shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
