Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide anisotropic hydrogels, microbeads, production methods of microbeads, scaffolds and production methods of scaffolds which can perform cell cultures which was difficult by conventional techniques, such as the differentiation induction of each stem cell and co-culture between different types of cells.SOLUTION: Microbeads having an anisotropy by containing a plurality of varieties of components which are compartmented in a single particle is produced, wherein at least one of the plurality of varieties components is a biogenic component. For example, as a plurality of varieties of components, the microbeads containing a plurality of collagens 1a and 1b which have different properties each other are produced. At this time, each of the plurality of collagens 1a and 1b is different in at least one of molecular modification, concentration and type.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
