Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a heat cooker to perform re-heating irrespective of an amount of broth, sizes of ingredients and the like so that the broth and the ingredients are respectively heated to optimal temperature in a short time.SOLUTION: A heat cooker controls heating means to energize so as to adjust temperature of a pot-like container to a first temperature in re-heating, once the temperature of the pot-like container reaches the first temperature, and then, controls the heating means to energize so as to keep the temperature of the pot-like container within a range of a second temperature to a third temperature that is lower than the first temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
