Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding type lawn mower which improves a bumper effect by improving constitution of the bumper itself and improves rigidity of a bumper support constitution.SOLUTION: A riding type lawn mower is given in which: a travelling vehicle body 1 includes right and left side frames 14L, 14R constituting a vehicle body frame and an upper frame 17 where a U-shaped bend part in a plane view is used as a rear part and right and left front end parts are connected with neighboring frames; vertical struts 20L, 20R are arranged between a rear end side of the side frames 14L, 14R and the upper frame 17; and a bumper 21 is connected and fixed to the vertical strut 20L, 20R. The bumper 21 consists of: a central sheet metal material 22; and pipe guards 23L, 23R which are fixed to right and left side of the central sheet metal material 22 in an extended state thereof. Bent parts 22L, 22R are formed at right and left sides of the central sheet metal material 22, and the pipe guards 23L, 23R which are formed by bending a pipe in the U shape and further bending it at right angles are fixed to the bent parts 22L, 22R.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
