Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast accessory part cutting member, in the case a cast accessory part formed at the projecting part of an outer edge part is cut so as to be removed, capable of suppressing the generation of cracks in a projecting part, and a cast accessory part cutting device using the same.SOLUTION: A cutting die 30 comprises: an opening part 31 having an inner edge part along the outer edge part 21 of a cast part 20; and a tooth point part 32 provided at the inner edge part. The tooth point part 32 is provided with recessed tooth point parts 37, 38. The recessed tooth point parts 37, 38 are formed so as to make recessed shape in accordance with the shape of projecting parts 23, 24 forming the outer edge part 21 of the cast part 20, and cut a cast accessory part B along the outer edge parts 23a, 24a of the projecting parts 23, 24. A part of the recessed tooth point parts 37, 38 are provided with cutting starting point parts 41, 54 to form into the starting points of cutting upon the cutting of the cast accessory part B along the projecting parts 23, 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
