Abstract:
To prevent the lowering of a function of an air tool and a failure of the air tool, in a compressed-air dehumidifying/drying system with a refrigeration-type air dryer interposed between supply conduits for supplying clean and dry compressed air to the air tool.SOLUTION: A refrigeration-type air dryer 6 is interposed between supply conduits 5 and 7 for supplying clean and dry compressed air to an air tool 12, and air dryers 9 and 10 which can remove water components are installed in the supply conduits 5 and 7 in the vicinity of the refrigeration-type air dryer 6. An air dryer unit 8 is placed in the supply conduit 7 at a downstream side of the refrigeration-type air dryer 6, and the air dryer unit 8 is composed of a condenser 9 which condenses the compressed air, and can separate gas and liquid, and an air dryer 10 which condenses the compressed air, and is adiabatically expandable. The condenser 9 is placed at a more upstream side than the air dryer 10 adjacently thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
