Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of estimation accuracy for a charging rate of a battery after a charge/discharge stop.SOLUTION: A charging rate estimation device 1 comprises: a voltage detection part 3 for detecting a voltage of a battery B; a calculation part 41 for calculating a charging rate of the battery B corresponding to a closed circuit voltage detected by the voltage detection part 3 during charging of the battery B as an upper limit value; an estimation part 42 for estimating an open circuit voltage in depolarization of the battery B and estimating the charging rate of the battery B from the estimated open circuit voltage; and a selection part 43 for selecting the charging rate estimated by the estimation part 42 as the charging rate of the battery B in the case where the charging rate estimated by the estimation part 42 is equal to or smaller than the upper limit value during a charge/discharge stop of the battery B, or selecting the upper limit value as the charging rate of the battery B in the case where the charging rate estimated by the estimation part 42 is greater than the upper limit value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
