PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tripeptide represented by X-Hyp-Gly, (where, X is an amino acid residue except Gly, Hyp, and Glu), and to provide osteoblast differentiation-promoting agents and osteogenesis promoting agents which contain the tripeptide.SOLUTION: Provided is a tripeptide represented by X-Hyp-Gly (where, X is an amino acid residue except Gly, Hyp, and Glu) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The tripeptide (salt) can be used as an osteoblast differentiation-promoting agent and osteogenesis promoting agent due to promoting osteoblast differentiation and promoting osteogenesis.SELECTED DRAWING: None
