Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable one worker to change the height of bars in the uneven parallel bars.SOLUTION: The left and right supports of the parallel bars are double pipe structure composed of an outer pipe 6 and an inner pipe 7. As a height adjustment mechanism, the left and right supports have a height adjustment plate 21 attached to the outer pipe 6 and a rod-like stopper member 31 held on the inner pipe 7. The height adjustment plate 21 includes a slit 27 in which a large diameter shank 32b of a shaft member 32 is vertically slidable and a plurality of engaging holes 28 which are superimposed on the slit 27. The stopper member 31 is always energized in a receding direction with a coil spring 37 so that the stopper part 34 is fitted to the engaging holes 28. A worker can change the height by holding a grip part 36 to draw out the stopper member 31 and by vertically shifting it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
