Title:
スラスト軸受
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6867569
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a fault found in the prior art that a so-called coefficient of friction of a bearing that should support a rotating shaft of equipment shows in general a higher one at a thrust bearing when it is evaluated in reference to a revolution radius of rolling ball, however, it is required at a vertical shaft type wind power generator under a low wind speed that it can be started under a state that although a radial load is low, a thrust load is applied in which a rotating shaft and rotating vanes are integrated to cause their heavy load to be added to the bearing, and the bearing that can be used under such an application as above cannot be found in the existing units.SOLUTION: A solution means for resolving the aforesaid problem in accordance with this invention is constituted in such a way that a concave spherical surface is formed at a lower end part of a rotating shaft and a concave spherical surface receiving part having a concave spherical surface similar to that of said concave spherical surface part is arranged oppositely at a position opposing against this concave spherical surface part so as to hold a rolling ball having a little-bit smaller curvature radius than that of both said concave spherical surfaces. Then, the concave spherical surface receiving part is fixed under a state in which it is slightly displaced from a rotating center of the rotating shaft, whereby each contact point is rotated while being moved slightly, oil is supplied automatically to continue a stable low frictional rotating motion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
