Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety of a vehicle when the mode is switched from self-driving mode to manual-driving mode.SOLUTION: An external measurement unit 4 measures a state of the outside of a vehicle in self-driving mode. A biometric information acquisition unit 2 acquires biometric information of a driver of the vehicle in self-driving mode. A determination unit 21 determines the necessity of controlling the vehicle, on the basis of the state measured by the external measurement unit 4. When the determination unit 21 determines that it is necessary to control the vehicle, an arousal state measurement unit 22 digitizes an arousal state of the drive, on the basis of the biometric information acquired by the biometric information acquisition unit 2. A transition process determination unit 23 determines a process of transition from self-driving mode to manual-driving mode in which the vehicle is driven by the driver, on the basis of the arousal state digitized by the arousal state measurement unit 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
