Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder supply device that is inexpensive and high in durability, and suppresses variance in supply amount of powder.SOLUTION: A powder supply device 1 comprises: a supply pipe 10 which extends perpendicularly and has an opening part 111 atop; an actuator 50 which comprises a rod 52 capable of moving horizontally; a guide member 21 which extends from outside the supply pipe 10 into the supply pipe 10 through the opening part 111; a container 40 which has a storage part 41 for storing powder, and is driven by the actuator 50 to move forward into the supply pipe 10 along the guide member 21 so as to feed the powder into the supply pipe 10; and an excitation device 60 which vibrates the supply pipe 10. A rear end-side part of a container 40 in a moving direction is fitted to a tip end of a rod 52 to be able to rotate around a shaft member SH extending a direction parallel with the horizontal direction and perpendicular to the moving direction of the container, and when the container 40 further moves forward beyond a tip of the guide member 21, the container 40 rotates around the shaft member SH with the own weight of the container 40 to partially abut on an inner side face of the supply pipe 10, so that the container 40 is restricted from rotating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
