Abstract:
To provide a vibration actuator with a heavy movable element, which can suppress large vibrations having frequencies other than natural resonance frequencies and further can reduce variation of the natural resonance frequencies so as to be able to obtain satisfactory vibration output.SOLUTION: A vibration actuator is constituted of: a cylindrical case 1; a coil 21 provided in the case 1; and a movable element 111 that is vibrated along a vibration axis line of the case 1 by the coil 21; and plate springs 51 and 251 whose outer periphery parts are fixed to the case 1 and whose inner periphery parts are fixed to the movable element 111. In vibration parts of the plate springs 51 and 251 are provided elastic materials 150 and 350 for damping. The elastic materials 150 and 350 have adhesion layers 171 and 175 made of adhesives made adhere onto the plate springs 51 and 251.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
