To analyze locations of users located in and outside the premises, such as a store, consistently.SOLUTION: An analysis server 1 includes: an internal location information acquisition unit 111 which acquires first location information indicating a location of a terminal measured by connecting a user terminal to a plurality of location apparatuses installed in predetermined premises, in association with internal identification information identifying a user or a terminal; an external location information acquisition unit 112 which acquires second location information indicating a location of a terminal measured outside the premises by a measurement method different from that for the first location, in association with external identification information identifying a user or a terminal; an analysis unit 113 which associates the internal identification information with the external identification information to analyze the first location information and the second location information in association with each other; and an output unit 114 which outputs a result of the analysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
