Abstract:
To eliminate error information from data related to height of a road surface generated using the stereo method effectively to improve reliability of control based on the data.SOLUTION: Information processing equipment according to one embodiment of the present invention has an arithmetic processing circuit that generates a distance from a stereo camera and a height from a rod surface as detection data for multiple detection object points on the road surface based on a stereo image imaged by a stereo camera imaging a road surface, counts a number of the detected data for each classification space dividing data space comprised of the detection data of the distance and the height into two-dimension of a prescribed distance and a prescribed height, and judges validity of the detected data in the classification space based on the count result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
