PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining company information acquisition system for allowing the joining company information input by an employee to be efficiently used by the employee and an employer, and further by a service provider being affiliated with the employer, and a joining company information acquisition device and a joining company information acquisition method.SOLUTION: A joining company information acquisition system 1 includes an information terminal 4 in which an employee inputs information including the joining company information, a service information providing unit 12 which presents service information provided by a financial institute affiliated with the employer to the employee when the employee inputs the joining company information, and prompts the employee to make application necessary to receive the service, an information acquisition unit 14 capable of acquiring the joining company information and application information on application from the employee, and an application information transmission unit 23 which transmits the application information among the information acquired by the information acquisition unit 14 to a financial institution system 5 if the employee makes application.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
