To provide a voltage control device and the like that can further suppress a problem that occurs in a load due to a reduction in output.SOLUTION: A voltage control device comprises: a transmission unit that transmits first or second information when switching between insulation and conduction between the source and drain of a field effect transistor in a parallel connection circuit of the field effect transistor and a diode, the parallel connection circuit being connected to a poststage of a voltage adjustment unit in series in a direction of current flowing in the poststage; and a control unit that performs output voltage control including addition of the absolute value of the output voltage of the voltage adjustment unit according to the first information and cancellation of the addition according to the second information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
