Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of estimating the state of a vibration generating body which generates a vibration in relation to its own state, by measuring the vibration.SOLUTION: A state estimation system according to the invention includes: vibration detectors disposed inside, on a surface of, or around a vibration generating body of which state is to be estimated; a generated-vibration information creation unit which creates generated-vibration information relating to one of the energy, intensity, frequency, and rise time of a detected vibration, from a signal output by the vibration detectors; and a state determination unit which determines information relating to the state of the vibration generating body from the created generated-vibration information, based on the information relating to a vibration mode preset according to the state of the vibration generating body. Preferably, vibration detectors are each disposed at a plurality of positions different from one another inside, on the surface of, or around the vibration generating body. Further, preferably, the vibration generating body is an in-process material of a fermentation product and the vibration is vibration caused by foam formation within the in-process material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
