The brush 50 includes: the multiple first filament bundles 60 arranged on a side of a distal end 40S of the head 40 from a center of the head 40 in a longitudinal direction of the toothbrush 1; the multiple second filaments bundles 70 arranged on a side of the distal end 40S of the head 40 with respect to the first filament bundles 60; the multiple third filament bundles 80 arranged on a side of a base end 40K of the head 40 with respect to the first filament bundles 60.
