Abstract:
To permit smooth mold release when manufacturing a double-surface reflector array of an optical element and to display clear stereoscopic vision with less distortion.SOLUTION: An optical element 1 includes: a base 2 (plane) formed from a transparent material and forms one plane; and a plurality of projections 3 integrally formed so as to project from the base 2. Adjacent reflection surfaces 31, 32 in a side face for composing the projections 3 form double-surface corner reflectors 30 (optical panel body) that mutually cross nearly at right angles, and a surface at a side opposite to the base 2 forms a head top surface 35 in parallel with the base 2. The reflection surfaces 31 for forming a double-surface corner reflector has a predetermined incline t1 relative to a surface vertical to the base 2. An optical adjustment member 5 for adjusting a refraction angle of light emitted from the head top surface 35 is provided in the head top surface 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
