Abstract:
To provide a rolling compaction vehicle capable of preventing the deterioration of rigidity of a vehicle body frame due to welding, and also preventing deterioration of assembly accuracy due to bonding error and distortion caused by welding.SOLUTION: Left and right frame portions 18 and 19 are welded to the left and right of a main frame portion 17, and a rear frame portion 20 (20l+20r) is welded to the rear side of the main frame portion 17 to constitute the vehicle body frame 16. The left frame portion 18 and a left rear frame portion 20l are bent and molded from one steel plate to create a left rear frame forming material 38l having rib surfaces 18b, 18c, 20al, and the right frame portion 19 and a right rear frame portion 20r are bent and molded from one steel plate to create a right rear frame forming material 38r having rib surfaces 19b, 19c, 20ar, frame molding materials 38l and 38r are welded to the main frame portion 17, and the left rear frame portion 20l and the right rear frame portion 20r, and the left rear rib surface 20al and the right rear rib surface 20ar are butt welded at the center in the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
