Abstract:
To prevent a floor surface from being made dirty by washing water, by enabling washing work to be performed only in a state where a shield body covering a notch is switched to a shield position, in a cart shelf type food processing device.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a cart shelf type food processing device which accommodates a cart 2 mounting a food tray 40 therein in an accommodation cabinet 3 and performs cooling processing or heating processing with the cart 2. A notch 16 which receives a frame part 36 of the cart 2 in a state where a tray accommodation part 37 is accommodated in the accommodation cabinet 3 is formed in a front part of the accommodation cabinet 3. A water cutoff structure 64 comprising a shield body 65 for preventing washing water from flowing down to the notch 16 is provided. The shield body 65 is configured to displace the notch 16 between a shield position and a retraction position. In the accommodation cabinet 3, a sensor 75 is provided for detecting that the shield body 65 is displaced to the shield position. In a state where a detection signal is output from the sensor 75 to a control part 10 and a start switch of a washing structure 5 is turned on, the washing structure 5 is started by the control part 10, and washing work is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
