Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand the polishing width while preventing a bead portion from being damaged, which the inner surface of the tire can be buffed while expanding the space between the bead portions.SOLUTION: A polishing unit 5 is included that can descend through a space between a pair of bead portions Tb of a pneumatic tire T. The polishing unit 5 has a polishing tool 21 supported by a vertically movable support shaft 20 and bead expansion rings 22 arranged on both sides thereof.
