Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a battery pack, which manufactures the battery pack by releasing variations of an SOC of each battery cell for a short time while suppressing a current value.SOLUTION: In a fastening step of fastening a nut 15 to each of terminals 12 and 13 of a battery cell 10 as an object, by pressing a probe 213 connected to each of the terminals 12 and 13 of all of the battery cells 10 as the object with a conducting wire, positive terminals 12 of the battery cell 10 as the object are connected to each other and negative terminals 13 of the battery cell 10 as the object are connected to each other. A uniformizing process for uniformizing a charging state of the battery cell 10 as the object is performed. In the uniformizing process, each probe 213 is pressed to each of the terminals 12 and 13 with a pressure force of which a contact resistance between the terminals 12 and 13 and the probe 213 becomes a predetermined value or more, and if it is determined that the current value does not exceed a permission value, and a voltage difference between the battery cells 10 calculated from the current value is not a predetermined reference value or less, the pressure force to each of the terminals 12 and 13 of each probe 213 is increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
