Abstract:
To provide a segment connection joint that can withstand greater shearing stress.SOLUTION: A segment connection joint 4 comprises a male joint member 5 and a female joint member 6. The male joint member 5 includes an engagement member (sleeve 20) and a support portion 12. The engagement member is coupled to a tip portion 14 of the support portion 12 and is supported by the support portion 12. The female joint member 6 includes a housing 32 and an engaged member (core member 42). The engaged member is engaged with the engagement member. The tip portion 14 of the support portion 12 projects from a connecting surface 3a of a segment 2 on which the support portion 12 is provided. The tip portion 14 of the support portion 12 has a larger outer diameter than the engagement member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
