Abstract:
To provide a vegetable debris controlling moisture content of vegetable even when a vegetable debris with large moisture content is used, having no adhesion of each other, suppressed stickiness, and physical properties suitable as a clothing raw material.SOLUTION: There is provided a clothing composition for foods in which shredded vegetables are not adhered each other when the same of 12 wt.% is added to and mixed with shredded vegetables by shredding vegetables with syneresis ratio of 3 wt.% or more when shredded to a die shape with 3 mm sides as an antiadhesion agent, and an edible powder capable of passing through mesh with 8 mm diameter is mixed. Examples of the antiadhesion agent include a corn powder, a soybean powder, vegetable protein, a processed starch powder, and bread crumbs.SELECTED DRAWING: None
