Abstract:
To prevent vibration, noise and deterioration of sealability, and simply form a PCV separator passage, in constructing a bearing part of a camshaft separately from a cylinder head.SOLUTION: A cam housing 17 is arranged inside a head cover 4, and cam shafts 15, 16 are rotatably held by an upper bearing part 20 formed in the cam housing 17 and a cam chamber part cam cap 19 overlapping the upper bearing part from below. The cam housing 17 and the cam chamber part cam cap 19 are fastened together to a cylinder head 2 with a plurality of bolts 23, for example, between the cam shafts 15, 16. A PCV separator passage 42 and a fresh air passage 43 are formed between the head cover 4 and the cam housing 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
