Abstract:
An electronic device presents media items from different media applications in a unified media browsing application. In particular, when a live-event media item that the electronic device determines would likely be of interest to the user becomes available for viewing via the electronic device, the electronic device displays a representation of that live-event media item in user interface concurrently with representation of other on-demand media items, for the user to select what to watch.
