Abstract:
To provide a percutaneous absorption inhibitor for cosmetic which shows an absorption inhibitory effect even on rough skin, and alleviates tingling feeling when applied even when used in combination with surfactant.SOLUTION: A percutaneous absorption inhibitor for cosmetic which inhibits percutaneous absorption of a component having octanol/water partition coefficient LogPO/W of 0 to 8.0, and a ratio between weight-average molecular weight (Mw) and z average molecular weight (Mz) which is expressed in formula (1) and calculated by gel permeation chromatography measurement is 5≤Mz/Mw≤60.
