Abstract:
To provide a processed vegetable distribution system that can provide processed vegetables that can be cut to sizes that can be used for various dishes arbitrarily selected by a purchaser.SOLUTION: There is provided a processed vegetable distribution system in which a system server, a producer terminal, a processing facility terminal owned by a processing facility, and a store terminal owned by a store are connected to each other so as to be able to communicate with each other via a public communication network. The system server instructs the processing facility terminal on work procedures, a production amount, and information required for production for each type of vegetable required for the production of processed vegetables, manages stock amounts of the processed vegetables received from the processing facility terminal, instructs the processing facility terminal to ship the processed vegetables in response to an order received from the store terminal, and instructs the processing facility terminal on the types and the production amounts of the processed vegetables to be produced according to decrease in the stock amounts of the processed vegetables at the processing facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
