Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention is a preparation method for a carbon-iron composite furnace burden, comprising step 1: performing drying and water reduction on an iron ore powder; step 2: performing sieving on the iron ore powder, and using an undersized iron ore powder as a material; step 3: performing crushing on a blended coal, and performing mixing with the undersized iron ore powder to form a mixed material; step 4: loading the mixed material into a plurality of coal loading carts and perform pressing, evenly laying a layer of coke powder on a surface of the pressed mixed material, and covering each coal loading cart with a cover; step 5: moving the coal loading cart fully loaded with the mixed material into a microwave tunnel kiln, and performing dynamic heating on the mixed material; step 6: once heating is completed on the mixed material and said material has left the microwave tunnel kiln, directly pouring the mixed material into a material tank and cooling, and obtaining a carbon-iron composite furnace burden. The present invention allows for the preparation of a highly reactive carbon-iron composite furnace burden of good quality and performance by means of mixing iron ore powder and blended coal, and when used in blast furnace production, increases production yield and lowers emissions and blast furnace consumption.
