Abstract:
To provide a composite slab removal method and a device which relatively easily prevent synthetic decks from falling during removal and can suppress synthetic decks and the surface of a blade from contacting each other.SOLUTION: A device for removing the girder part 1b of a synthetic deck includes a rail unit 5 attached to the girder part 1b and a concrete cutter 6 supported by the rail unit 5. The rail unit 5 includes a frame 7 and a rail 8 supported by the frame 7. The frame 8 includes a pair of frame members 9 forming an L shape when viewed from the front, and abuts the upper surface of the girder part 1b and both side surfaces in the bridge width direction. The blade 13 of the concrete cutter 6 cuts the girder part 1b from both side surfaces in the bridge width direction so that a non-cutting area remains, and cuts a slip stopper 4. After that, the non-cutting area is destroyed with a jack or the like, and the upper part of the broken girder part 1b is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
