To shorten a state monitoring period and improve controllability, in half-duplex communication.SOLUTION: A control device 2 of a communication control system 1 includes an interface substrate 3 connected in series to the control device 2. The interface substrate 3 is composed of 0 to n-th groups, and each of the first to n-th groups includes a repeater substrate 3R and a multi-drop substrate 3M on the uppermost stream side. The multidrop substrate 3M includes a monitoring response generation part 301 for generating first monitoring response data in response to a simultaneous monitoring request signal, and a simultaneous monitoring response part 302 for transmitting the first monitoring response data to the repeater substrate 3R in a belonging group. The repeater substrate 3R includes a monitoring response generation part 301 for generating second monitoring response data in response to the simultaneous monitoring request signal, a buffering part 303 for storing the first and second monitoring response data in a memory 36, and a group monitoring response part 304 for transmitting the first and second monitoring response data as monitoring response signals to the control device 2 in response to the group monitoring request signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
