Abstract:
PURPOSE:To continuously and efficiently separate soybean milk from bean-curd refuse, by supporting a perforated drum by inscribed driving rolls and providing a cover on the outer periphery of a screw forcibly driven in the internal axis direction of the perforated drum. CONSTITUTION:A main squeezing roll 2 is provided a little to a raw material charging part 5 of a perforated drum 1 formed into a cylindrical shape and the peripheral wall of the drum 1 is nipped with rolls 2, 3 and 4 and receiving rolls (2a), (3a) and (4a). A screw 7 is placed in the interior of the drum 1 in the inscribed form and a receiving roll (7a) is provided on the outside thereof. A cover 8 in the form of almost semicylinder having a rising upper edge and a part protruding from the drum 1 in the form of a tapered cylinder is provided on the outer periphery of the screw 7 to constitute a screw conveyor 9. The side edges of the cover 8 are inscribed with the drum 1. The temperature of soybean milk is not lowered without dilution with water.
