Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate the factors to error due to on-resistance of a switching element and to make high the accuracy of an oscillating frequency determined by a time constant element, by acting a tristate gate as an inverter and a switching element. CONSTITUTION:Tristate gates 18, 19 are selectively operated by a control signal and another circuit loop is selected to form an oscillation loop inserted with a sensor resistor RX or a reference resistor RS selectively. The tristate gates 18, 19 are operated as an inverter and inverters 11, 12 constitute the oscillation circuit loop consisting of three stage of inverters. Thus, since the tristate gates 18, 19 show the inverter and switch functions at the same time, the on-resistance is not problematic and the leakage of the resistors RS, RX are not troublesome, then the oscillation time constant can be determined with high accuracy.
