Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the heat transfer in the time of injection and perform the injection continuously by providing a pellet producing hole on an adapter composed of materials of low heat conductivity. CONSTITUTION:Adapters 5, 56 composed of materials of low heat conductivity such as stainless steel, ceramic, graphite, titanium alloy and aluminum alloy are provided on a first and a second cryoheads 1, 2 between which a pellet carrying disc 3 stands and which face each other and are pressed into contact by a driving means 8. A pellet injecting hole 51 and a pellet producing hole 52 are drilled on the adapter 5 and an end part of a gunbarrel 7 is equipped with the adapter 56. Therefore, since the heat produced in the time of a hydrogen pellet injection is prevented from being rapidly transferred to a neighboring pellet producing hole in which a hydrogen pellet is injected next, a plurality of pellets can surely be injected in order.
