Abstract:
PURPOSE:To dispense with a reference black body furnace, to make an apparatus highly sensitive and highly accurate and to make a photo chopper compact by providing a pin hole with a concave mirror and the photo chopper with a mirror face. CONSTITUTION:This radiometer for low temperatures is provided with a first optical system which has a condensing mirror 10 and a plane mirror 11 to collect, the light irradiated from an object to be measured, a pin hole 12 placed at tone condensing position of the first optical system to remove the disturbing radiation light from outside, a photo chopper 17 in front of the pin hole 12 to shut and pass the incident light, a polygon mirror 14 for scanning the light radiated from the pin hole 12 to a first-dimensional direction, a second optical system including a mirror 13 and an Ftheta mirror 15 to collect the radiation light from the polygon mirror 14, and a photodetecting element 16 located at the condensing position of the second optical system. A concave mirror 20 is provided in the periphery of the pin hole 12 at the surface confronting to the photo chopper 17. At the same time, the surface of the photo chopper 17 facing the concave mirror 20 and the pin hole 12 is a mirror face.
