Abstract:
PURPOSE:To inexpensively improve safety of rotary wheel by equipping a revolution driving wheel and a revolution driven wheel of a given device with an auxiliary ring to prevent derailment. CONSTITUTION:Traveling rails are laid on the top of both wide walls of a long fermentation tank and a traveling truck equipped with a circular orbit is placed on the rails. Then a circular orbit rail 2 provided with bored through holes 4 are loaded on the truck. Then a rotary wheel furnished with a revolution driving wheel 3 is laid on the rail 2. The wheel 3 is equipped with several projecting pawls 5 and the projecting pawls 5 are engaged with through holes 4 bored in the rail 2 to turn the rotary wheel. The wheel 3 and a driven wheel of the rotary wheel turning on the rail 2 are furnished with an auxiliary ring 19 to prevent derailment to prevent derailment of the wheel 3 and the driven wheel of the rotary wheel used in a continuously excrement fermenting and drying device of fermenting the excrement into composite.
