Abstract:
The invention relates to a computerised tomography apparatus with an anode (9) which surrounds the measurement field (8) and on which an electron beam circulates, so that X-radiation for irradiation of the measurement field (8) is generated from different directions. The electron beam (4) is deflected by virtue of the fact that the surface (11) of the anode (9) is scanned both in the azimuthal as well as in the radial direction, so that the focus on the anode (9) describes a wave-shaped path (18). In this way, the focus path on the anode (9) is extended and the thermal load of the anode (9) is reduced. ……
