A moveable piston is sealingly slidable along the guide ring and rotationally linked to the transverse wall while being moveable via tangential resilient blades secured to a driving member. The driving member is welded to the wall and the blades are attached to the piston by attachment members including a first member secured to the blades and a second member engaging the first member.
